“We purchased a pair of shoes from this store, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. My daughter intended to wear the shoes for her graduation, but the sales associate gave her the wrong pair, despite assuring us that she had verified they were correct. We trusted her word. Upon realizing the mistake, we attempted to return the shoes for the correct pair or to receive a refund, but were met with a firm refusal. A second attempt resulted in the same response. It is truly unfortunate that this business chose dishonesty over customer satisfaction. What could have been a long-term customer relationship was lost due to deceit and a refusal to take responsibility.”

“I asked for a size 71/2 they didn't have it at this store, but they called their partner store and said they were bringing over the 7 1/2 for me. Being that I have the same ones in a different color I was sure the 7 1/2 would fit. I trusted her word without actually checking the size of the slippers but when I arrive home and take my slippers out of the bag I noticed they looked rather big then notice the bottom said size 9 that they tried to cover up with an 8 1/2 sticker. (Pictures below) I know this was not an accident either because they sales associate tried to convince me to buy 8 1/2 in another pair ensuring me it would fit and I told her it was okay I needed the 7 1/2. After knowing this too she still sold me a size 9. No refunds or exchanges policy. Very upset with this store. I recommend going somewhere else if you have too, but if you have to buy here try on the shoes and check the sizes yourself. Completely un-honest customer service and will never be returning to this store, or to the other store which is partners with them.”

“I was just standing outside the glass window waiting for my sons haircut while my other son took a nap in his stroller, not bothering anyone. Some lady comes out of the store talking about, we have to move because we are blocking the view of the shoes being displayed. I know if i managed a store, I wouldn't be shooing away potential customers. I'll make sure to let my wife and family know not to shop here.”
